The Amerland Group is actively seeking opportunities to purchase multi-family real estate. Historically, our company has specialized in the acquisition of HUD projects, SRO Hotels, and Seniors’ facilities. We are currently widening our focus to include the acquisition of properties anywhere in the United States with the following criteria:

HUD Properties – With HAP Contracts or HUD Insured Mortgages
Seniors’ Communities – Including Independent Care Facilities That Provide Meals to Their Tenants
SRO Hotels
Land for New Multi-Family Construction
General and Limited Partnership Interests – Performing and Non-Performing e.g. Properties Unable to Convert to Permanent Financing
Tax Credit Properties – Approaching Expiration of Initial Compliance Period
